Kazimir Malevich

(1878-1935)

Malevich is regarded as the most important Russian avant-garde painter. He was the founder of Suprematism – a system to achieve absolute purity of form and color – the abstract forms are floating in space, independent of gravity, ready to regroup or twist and turn, or plunge into infinity.
