How is my order packaged?

In order to enable your goods to reach you undamaged, we only use high-quality special packaging for our products. Our canvas print panel products, for example, are furnished with an extra layer of edge protection, so that the corners are not damaged in transit. We ship all our products in fitted boxes, in addition most of our larger size products are also wrapped in high cushion bubble wrap.

What should I do in case of damage in transit?

If your canvas print has been damaged in transit, despite our carefully secured packaging, you should document the damage with a digital camera and contact info-uk@fineartone.com (for our UK customers) or info-us@fineartone.com (for our US customers) within 48 hours. Please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can replace the damaged canvas print in a timely fashion.
